As he points out, Newton’s Laws apply just as much to people as to objects–an object (person) at rest (watching TV on the sofa) will tend to stay at rest (watching TV on the sofa)!

it’s common sense that is not applied by most people. it definitely is not a crock. his exercises and techniques are very simple and powerful, IF you actually apply them.

I’ve used Simpleology for about 6 weeks now. I’ve done more in my business during that time than I have in the past 6 months. Simpleology has gotten me focused and helped me take actions that have been unclear or that I’ve been putting off for a long time. Bottom line – Simpleology works.

These clowns below saying that this is a crock… They wrote those posts a year ago. I’d love to see how much closer they are to their goals now. My guess is, not much closer. It’s easy to be a critic.
